Do you have at least 6 months experience working as a DSP or caregiver? Enjoy being a leader and helping others? We are adding 3 Lead Staff DSP positions ($18.50/hour**) to work with clients. You will work with intellectually and developmental disabled adults in their own homes. Our Lead Staff DSP work a rotating 2 week schedule working every other weekend and assume Direct Support/Caregiver duties w/clients.

*New hire bonus of $500 paid after 90 days and an additional $500 after 6 months!


$18.50/hour** ($16.50/hour plus $2/hour temporary Covid pay through 3/31/22)

Regular schedule repeats every 2 weeks with every other weekend required. No back to back weekends!)

Paid caregiver training

Medical/Dental/Vision/HSA after 60 days

Employee Referral Program (refer a new hire and get $500 at their 6 months)

  • Schedule medical and dental appointments
  • Ensure yearly appointments are completed
  • Responsible for Medication Administration Record, may be monitoring nurse delegation, monitoring client health needs, and updating Therap as needed
  • Provide fair and consistent expectations, supervision and management to assigned staff
  • Ensure that safety checklists are done for each client's residence
  • Review GER's (General Event Reports) and do any follow up and training and documentation as necessary
  • Training new staff on the how to's and the culture of the house and clients
  • Ensure maintenance of the cleanliness and safety of the environments for which you are responsible. Report maintenance needs to be addressed with your manager or maintenance support staff in a timely manner
  • Monitor client finances and reconcile monthly expenses, submitting all necessary reports to accounting in a time manner
  • Support Supervisor and House Manager
  • Need to be able to see the big picture of care and environment


  • Must have a minimum of 6 month or more of caregiving experience
  • DSP/Experience with adults with developmental disabilities strongly preferred
  • High School diploma or GED NOT required
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check
  • Must provide proof of Covid vaccination record
  • Basic Word and Excel skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs if needed
