We are growing as a company and are looking for the right person to join our HR team. This person will be responsible for attendance and compliance oversight, assisting with employee reviews and counseling, involvement with employee claims and enforcing company policies and procedures. Please be aware that this is more of an entry level position and is fluid in its task responsibilities.

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to unemployment information and follow up; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; occupational health and safety;
  • Work with the Scheduler and House Managers and follow up on attendance issues: missed punches, late arrivals, OT patterns
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, evaluationsterminations, and investigations
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Experience with Adobe, MITC or related software helpful.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations payroll and employee relations culture

Education and Experience

  • Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • At least one year of human resource management experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare a plus but not required
  • Must be able to provide proof of your HS diploma, transcripts, or GED upon hire
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
